General Provisions

  1. This Agreement is a public offer (proposal) by FOP Pona Vitaliy Tarasovych (TIN 3584411535, address: Lviv, Chervonoi Kalyny Ave., 58b), hereinafter the "Seller", to any capable individual, hereinafter the "Buyer", to conclude a distance sales contract for goods (condoms, lubricants, cosmetics and beauty products) through the online store Eqler.com.ua (hereinafter the "Online Store"). Acceptance of the offer (Buyer's consent) occurs by placing an order on the site, after which the Agreement is considered concluded.
  2. Subject of the Agreement The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the goods selected on the site, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them. Goods are original, with a valid expiration date. Packaging is neutral for confidentiality.
  3. Price and Payment The price of goods is indicated on the site in UAH, includes VAT (if applicable). Payment: online by card, cash on delivery or transfer to IBAN UA153220010000026008350042771. Free Nova Poshta delivery from 1000 UAH.
  4. Delivery Delivery throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Post (term 1–5 days). International — Meest Express from 1000 UAH. Self-pickup in Lviv (prepayment). Shipment on the day of payment. Packaging is neutral, without mention of contents.
  5. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate delivery data. The Buyer has the right to information about the product before purchase. The order is considered accepted after payment or confirmation.
  6. Rights and Obligations of the Seller The Seller guarantees the quality of goods, timely delivery. The Seller has the right to refuse the order if fraud is suspected. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Law "On Personal Data Protection".
  7. Returns and Exchanges Intimate products (condoms, lubricants) of proper quality are not subject to return (Ukrainian Cabinet Resolution №172). Cosmetics — within 14 days if unopened. In case of defect — replacement or return at Seller's expense. Details — Returns & Exchanges.
  8. Liability of the Parties The parties are liable for non-performance of the Agreement in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's lost profit.
  9. Force Majeure The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations due to force majeure (war, natural disasters, etc.).
  10. Term of the Agreement The Agreement is valid until full performance of obligations or cancellation of the offer by the Seller.
